Housekeeping needs serious attention. torn towels and stained bed sheets don't scream luxury. Room temp control is an issue, with air conditioning not performing well, no lift access from the car park complicating mobility, and the gym's slippery flooring could be a real hazard.

the decor of the room was really fresh and nice. theteam did a great job keeping it clean. the feeling when you enter is just cozy and welcoming. the staff was super friendly and helpful, really made me feel at home. breakfast had some good options too!
